  Nick is the person my husband and I use for our real estate needs. He is a wealth of information and will really tell you honestly his thoughts when it comes to any situation which we appreciate so much. He is great when it comes to buying or selling a house, open houses, presenting offers, walking you through the process, everything. Plus, he has been great when it comes to our rent house as well. Nick has helped us renew leases and find new renters that are a great fit for the rent house which takes a load off of our shoulders. 10/10 would recommend Nick!

  My wife and I were not the easiest clients to have as we were very picky and were very tight on what we could afford in a very rapid market. There was some heartbreak along the way, but Nick was there for every moment. He answered questions, gave us great advice, was available whenever we needed him despite my crazy schedule, and helped reassure us when things didn’t go our way at times. I can’t recommend Nick enough.

  If you are looking to buy or even rent a house I could not recommend Nick more. We worked with Nick this past summer to get us into a rental house that was in our ideal location, under budget, bigger than we could have hoped for, and beautiful unique classic charm. We tried to find a house to rent on our own for months before I got in contact with Nick with no luck. The market, as we all know, has been insane and we couldn’t have done it without his help. Having a realtor really gave us an edge, he took care of everything for us, he was polite, knowledgeable and reliable. He went above and beyond by helping me deal with a different leasing company who owed me refund money for an application, and on move in day he gave us a huge box of supplies as a gift!!
